At the heart of the Z1 is the pairing of the SIBARIST FAST filter and the original MELODRIP, a combination chosen after extensive testing across virtually every alternative on the market.
It is forgiving, easy to use, and consistently produces brews with lower perceived acidity, high clarity, and a rounded, composed profile. With no bypass and a carefully optimized brew chamber, the Z1 delivers clean extractions that feel controlled without being fussy. We especially love using it at the clubhouse for small doses when we want to explore and compare many different coffees.
