H&S Coffee Roasters is a roasting project rooted in the wide-open plains of Wyoming, operating at 7,200 feet and guided by a deep respect for both craft and people. Founded in 2014 and led by Coulter Sunderman since 2023, H&S reflects nearly two decades of hands-on specialty coffee experience. 

Sourcing sits at the core of the H&S philosophy. Every coffee is evaluated not only for quality in the cup, but for the conditions under which it was produced, with an emphasis on labor, transparency, and dignity throughout the supply chain. Roasting is kept ultra-light to highlight acidity, florality, and sweetness.
