Founded in Indianapolis by former Olympian Jillon Potter, Helm has quickly become one of the most exciting names in North American specialty coffee. Much of that reputation has been shaped by Justin Bull, whose rapid ascent through the coffee world culminated in winning the 2025 U.S. Brewers Cup Championship before going on to place sixth at the World Brewers Cup in Jakarta.
