Founded in Busan by three baristas from different backgrounds, including 2024 World Barista Championship finalist Lim Jeonghwan, Aery Coffee was built around a simple belief: that coffee can lead to new experiences, relationships, and a happier life.

Their philosophy centers on two ideas: rarity and clarity. Rather than pursuing rarity for its own sake, Aery seeks coffees with an unmistakable identity shaped by producer, environment, variety, and processing and roasts them to reveal those qualities as transparently as possible. Their selections range from expressive everyday coffees to exceptional lots from producers such as Hacienda La Esmeralda, Altieri, Janson, and Finca Sophia.

True to their name, Aery has built its identity around exceptionally clean, vibrant coffees that allow the character and intention of the producer to remain at the center of the cup.
