The A68 is Femobook’s full-size electric grinder, designed for those who want the precision and straightforward workflow of the brand’s smaller grinders in a more powerful, permanent home setup. At its core is a large 68mm stainless steel conical burr, paired with a low-speed motor operating at approximately 60 RPM for controlled, consistent grinding.
With more than 300 adjustment clicks across over three full rotations, the A68 offers an exceptionally wide and precise dialing range. Each rotation provides 100 clicks at just 0.008mm per step, allowing for small, repeatable adjustments whether brewing filter coffee or espresso.
The straight-through grinding architecture keeps the path from burr to cup simple, helping minimize retention between doses. Its low-speed operation and consistent torque make for an efficient daily workflow, while the 40g capacity comfortably accommodates everything from single espresso doses to larger pour-over recipes.
In the cup, the A68 is designed to deliver a clean and articulate presentation while maintaining the sweetness and body characteristic of a large conical burr.
