Rather than relying on long immersion or brewing hot coffee over ice, BREZI begins with a brief hot bloom to activate the coffee and release aromatics, then rapidly cools the water and transitions into a precisely controlled cold extraction. The result sits somewhere between traditional cold drip and iced pour-over: clean, bright, aromatic, and ready to drink without relying on ice for cooling.

How It Works
Add your coffee and water, select your brew mode, and let BREZI handle the rest. Its thermal system can bring water up to 70°C / 158°F for the initial bloom before rapidly cooling it to as low as 5°C / 41°F for the cold extraction.
The combination of controlled temperature and flow allows BREZI to extract efficiently without depending on the extended steeping time of traditional cold brew.
