Developed in Taiwan, Aquacode is a concentrated mineral solution designed to create balanced, consistent brewing water without the complexity of building a mineral profile from scratch.
Formulated with purified water, deep-sea water, and concentrated minerals, Aquacode can be added to clean, neutral water to create a reliable base for coffee extraction. The mineral composition is designed to promote clarity, balance, and aromatic definition while preserving sweetness, body, and a clean finish.
Because water chemistry plays a significant role in extraction, even small changes in mineral composition can dramatically affect the way a coffee presents itself. Aquacode offers a simple and repeatable way to control that variable, helping minimize inconsistencies in water quality while allowing the character of the coffee to remain at the forefront.
The liquid concentrate arrives fully dissolved, while the dropper format allows for precise dosing and easy adjustment. Suitable for both filter coffee and espresso, it can be incorporated seamlessly into a daily brewing workflow at home or behind the bar.
HOW TO USE
Add 5 drops (0.2 g) of Aquacode to 500 mL of clean water and stir for approximately 15 seconds.
As Aquacode is made from natural minerals, some crystallization or sediment may occur. This is normal. Shake after dilution before use.
