TANAT LUCID [2.1] x APAX LAB - 20mL
Developed in collaboration between Paris-based roaster TANAT and APAX LAB, Lucid [2.1] is a mineral concentrate designed specifically to complement TANAT’s clean, expressive approach to roasting.
Built around clarity and precision, Lucid [2.1] enhances flavor separation while bringing greater brightness, structure, and definition to the cup. The profile is particularly suited to high-quality light roasts, helping articulate delicate flavors and acidity while maintaining a clean, refined finish.
Like APAX LAB’s core mineral concentrates, Lucid [2.1] can be used either to remineralize distilled water before brewing or added directly to a finished cup, allowing for precise adjustments to the way a coffee presents itself.
Expect a brighter, more lifted cup with increased clarity, distinct flavor separation, and a crisp, articulate aftertaste.
HOW TO USE
Shake thoroughly before use
For brewed coffee, add 1–2 drops directly to a 200 mL cup
For brewing water, dilute 1.5–2.5 g per liter of distilled or demineralized water
Not intended for direct consumption. Do not use inside espresso machines
