The set brings together APAX LAB's three signature mineral concentrates - TONIK, JAMM, and LYLAC - each designed to influence the way flavor, texture, and aroma present themselves in the cup. Use them to build your brewing water from demineralized water, or add a few drops directly to a finished coffee to fine-tune its expression.

Rather than searching for one "perfect" water recipe, the system encourages experimentation. Reach for TONIK when you want vibrancy and clarity, JAMM to emphasize sweetness and body, or LYLAC to bring forward florality and elegance. Different coffees respond differently, making the full set an especially useful tool for dialing in new releases.

The Three Profiles

JAMM — Rich, Sweet, Creamy
Designed to enhance sweetness, richness, and a fuller, rounder texture.

LYLAC — Elegant, Floral, Silky
Designed to highlight delicate aromatics, florality, and a silky mouthfeel.

How to Use

Shake thoroughly before use.

For brewing water, add 3–4 g of concentrate per liter of demineralized water.

For post-brew adjustment, add 1–10 drops directly to a 200 ml cup and adjust to taste.
