Coco & Nibs is a New York based coffee project founded by Leo Koski, built around the belief that specialty coffee is ultimately about people, relationships, and shared experience. What began as home brewing evolved into an immersive exploration of the coffee world, driven by a desire to connect disciplines, cultures, and communities through coffee.

Coco & Nibs began as a series of thoughtfully curated pop ups across New York City, collaborating with brands such as Leica, Snow Peak, and Rivian, alongside respected coffee partners including Tiba in Paris and Villager in New York.

Today, Coco & Nibs focuses on releasing high end coffees from renowned farms around the world, selecting lots that clearly express terroir, history, and place. Releases are intentional and limited, with each coffee chosen for its story as much as its quality.
