ORIGAMI PINN DRIPPER + JIG

Developed in collaboration between ORIGAMI and LEAVES COFFEE ROASTERS, the Pinn Dripper was designed around a simple idea: a complex, balanced cup doesn't need a long brew time.

Built specifically for fast extraction, the Pinn is designed to produce a complete cup in approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds, emphasizing clarity while balancing aroma, sweetness, and acidity. Its compact 55° geometry creates a smaller coffee bed, allowing water to reach the grounds quickly and evenly while helping reduce the risk of both under- and over-extraction.

Ten precisely formed ribs encourage airflow and fast drawdown, while an enlarged bottom opening helps minimize pooling and clogging. The result is a brewer particularly well suited to expressive, lightly roasted coffees, where delicate aromatics, sweetness, and clarity are the priority.

The Pinn's thicker porcelain construction also plays a role in managing temperature throughout the brew, while its compact 60 mm height gives you greater freedom to control kettle height and agitation.

Each Pinn includes its dedicated filter jig, designed to reshape the paper filter to the brewer's 55° angle for a precise and repeatable fit.
