WELCOME TO ECUADOR SEASON! WE ARE DELIGHTED TO INTRODUCE A NEW-TO-US PRODUCER, TEODOMIRO, WHO HAS STUNNED US WITH THIS WASHED TYPICA MEJORADO. THE EXPECTED MARKERS ARE HERE -- ULTRA-CLEAN CUP, TRANSPARENT FLAVOR SEPARATIONS, SUGARY SWEETNESS. A BEAUTIFULLY TART ACIDITY STARTS THIS CUP, AND A VERY SOFTLY SWEET MELON ENDS IT. SOME FLORALITY IS IN HERE AS WELL IN THE FORM OF HONEYSUCKLE. THIS IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL COFFEE AND HAS INSTANTLY BECOME A FAVORITE HERE AT THE ROASTERY.
